Refund Policy
Vaultora LLC aims to deliver high-quality automated infrastructure monitoring and maintenance services. Refunds are available only if the subscription service has not been activated or if we are unable to provision the environment. Once the maintenance billing cycle has started and services are active, refunds for that month are not applicable.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through the PayPal and Stripe gateways. Subscription prices are fixed and billed monthly in advance by Vaultora LLC. Maintenance services and cloud provisioning begin immediately after the subscription payment is confirmed.
Service & Support
All maintenance tiers include automated service uptime checks. Dedicated ticketing support is provided by Vaultora LLC in accordance with the selected tier specifications. Service support response times are managed based on plan priority.
