1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or utilizing the subscription-based services provided by Vaultora LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not use or subscribe to our web infrastructure maintenance services.
2. Services Provided
Vaultora LLC operates automated server diagnostics, CMS core/plugin updating protocols, security host scanning, and cloud backup orchestration pipelines. These services are provided on a recurring subscription basis as digital products. All support tickets are processed in accordance with the service SLA details associated with your plan tier. We do not provide manual customized software development or design services on these public tiers.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly interval at the fixed price of your selected tier ($5.00, $10.00, $20.00, or $30.00). All billing transactions are managed securely through our PayPal and Stripe integration. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard, which will terminate recurring billing starting from the subsequent billing cycle.
4. Acceptable System Use
You agree not to utilize our infrastructure diagnostics to disrupt, probe, or scan unauthorized third-party networks. You are solely responsible for ensuring your websites comply with local regulations and server use terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vaultora LLC provides automated infrastructure diagnostics and backup staging "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Vaultora LLC be liable for any system downtime, data loss, database corruption, or financial damages resulting from server updates or network outages.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because our resources, backup staging networks, and monitoring nodes are immediately allocated upon subscription, refunds are strictly governed by the following terms:
- Provisioning Failure: A full refund is available if we are unable to successfully provision the cloud monitoring environment or if requested prior to service activation.
- Billing Cycles: Once the billing cycle has commenced and maintenance scans have begun, refunds for that monthly period are non-refundable.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply.

A: No. Our tiers cover automated monitoring, updating, and system maintenance diagnostics. We do not provide manual design revisions or custom programming services under these plans to maintain security and automation integrity.
